There are simple ways to compress big PPT files
- Compress pictures included in powerpoint slides using a picture bar
- Use any one of the photo editing sofwares' to minimize the size of the photographs included in the ppt slides. Copy and paste photographs in the photo editing software', see the image size and reduce size of the image and save in compressed file format like gif or jpeg in lower resolution. Same images are required to reinsert in the ppt file.
- Convert ppt file in to pdf for easy delivery as an email attachment or share file within the stakeholders.
